Your initial appointment with our Dentist, Dr. An will consist of a thorough consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. When you decide to schedule an analysis by Dr. An at Medford Dental Clinic, the office staff will guide you on what information is helpful to make it an efficient and productive first visit.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.
It is also helpful for our staff to have knowledge of any medical conditions that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) and/or if you are on any medications (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e antibiotics, for pre-med.)
